Katie has led from inside the business, across operations, sales, marketing and HR in agriculture and biotechnology. She has owned a $50+ million P&L and has headed HR globally for leading ag tech companies. Most recently, she led a global team of more than 250 HR team members across 90 countries and drove more than $15 billion in revenue. Katie also has 5+ years experience as a COO and advisor in a startup. She brings enterprise experience to growing companies as a hands-on partner to the CEO and leadership team.
