Katie Hayes founded TerraVia Advisors with a conviction that a sound people strategy can become the biggest lever to business strategy and an organization’s greatest competitive advantage.
Her career spans small companies and large global enterprises, across business leadership, operations, sales, marketing and HR. That range gives her perspective on how a decision in one function affects performance across the enterprise.
Her experience includes organizational transformation with AI, culture and ways of working, HR operating model design, executive coaching, and leadership and talent development. She is a Certified Intrinsic Coach® and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
Katie believes in progress over perfection: set a clear direction, take meaningful steps, and learn along the way.
